studio policies

All policies are in place to ensure a safe, inviting, and respectful

environment for clients and instructors alike.

cancellation policy

We strictly enforce a 24-hour cancellation window. Any session or class cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time will be charged in full. Clients are responsible for calling, texting, or leaving a voicemail to advise of cancellation. If a member of a duet, trio, or foursome session cancels within the 24 hour window, the client remains responsible for payment of their portion of the session. 

payment policy

Clients may pay for their sessions using cash, check, or Zelle with no additional fees.

Credit card payments are accepted but will be assessed a 3.5% convenience fee.

credit card on file policy

We require all clients to keep a current, valid credit card on file.

Clients will be notified via text AND email when account balances have reached $0 and/or no sessions remain in packages. If payment is not received via cash, check, Zelle, or credit card (+ convenience fee) by the second following session, the stored card will be charged for the full price of missed sessions ($85/private, $50/duet, $40/reformer group class, $35/tower group class) plus applicable convenience fees.

expiration policy

In order to serve clients effectively, we strictly enforce the expiration dates of all classes, sessions, and account funds. Please see our Pricing page for detailed breakdowns of expiration periods.
