In a one-on-one session, your instructor will address your body's needs while introducing you to the Pilates method of mindful movement. As you increase your strength, you may decide to stick with private sessions, or switch over to a class setting (or maybe a combo of both)!
Privates will include work on the reformer, tower, chair, or mat depending on your needs.
