This small group apparatus class provides a challenging “circuit training” workout utilizing the Reformer, Mat, Tower and Wunda Chair. Students learn equipment settings as well as proper transitions for optimal flow between exercises in this classical session. If you enjoy the working out on the reformer but find private sessions too costly, this is for you! Space is limited to 4 students. *Students must have prior experience on all equipment.
Mat Class (coming soon!)
Designed for a variety of levels, these classes utilize a mat and your body. Although most think this class to be easier than apparatus classes, please know that, when done correctly, the mat class is the ultimate challenge for your body. You exercise complete and total control over your body without the assistance of the apparatus springs. For some classes, we add in props to challenge and/or assist you towards your perfect Pilates form.
Sooo many of our practitioners love this class! Tower class is a combination of essential mat work and Tower exercises. Through a system of springs and bars, the tower equipment supports the body to ensure proper stabilization and positioning, while providing added resistance for strengthening, toning and lengthening muscles. Throughout the class, you stay focused, engaged and challenged! Space is limited to 5-6 clients. Call or book online. (Some Pilates experience required.)
