Welcome to our small group apparatus class, designed to provide a solid foundation while still offering a challenging workout newer clients. In this classical session, students will learn about apparatus settings and practice proper transitions for an optimal flow between exercises. With space limited to just 3 students, we ensure personalized attention and support. Please note that prior experience and studio approval are required to join this class.
Tower
class
Join our Tower class, where essential mat work merges with proven Tower exercises! Experience a unique system of springs and bars that supports your body for optimal positioning while providing added resistance to strengthen, tone, and lengthen your muscles. Stay focused, engaged, and challenged in an intimate setting, limited to just 5 clients. Please note that prior approval from the studio is required to ensure all participants have the experience.
intermediate reformer
Welcome to our small group reformer class! This class is designed for clients who have completed a series of Foundational Reformer classes or have a studio-approved number of private sessions under their belt. You'll have the opportunity to build on your practice, learn new transitions, and tackle more intermediate-level exercises. With only 3 students per class, you’ll receive personalized attention and guidance as you elevate your Pilates journey. Prior approval from the studio is required to join this class.
Wunda chair class
